We recently underwent our first Care Quality Commission (CQC) inspection. Following a thorough assessment, they rated LCL Ultrasound as a "GOOD" service.
This places us in the same league as 80% of all the Healthcare services they inspect annually.
However, you can be assured we will not rest until we gain promotion into the Premier league of the top 5% of services rated as "Outstanding".
In fact, within 24 hours of our inspection, we addressed all issues that arose during the visit.
This action was acknowledged at several points in the inspection report.
If there was a re-inspection today, I am confident we would be joining that exclusive "super-club" of providers.
